Joe and Chelsea Hopkins, owners of The Greener Side in Eugene, Oregon, have been dedicated to providing access to cannabis for nearly a decade, back before the state Legislature deemed medical marijuana dispensaries to be legal.
“In 2013, in May, we were the last business to be raided and to go to jail for providing safe access to cannabis [in Oregon],” says Chelsea….
